Cardio Moves

This class offers a choreographed, lowimpact workout. Includes 30 minutes of cardiovascular training followed by toning and flexibility exercise. Great for beginner to intermediate exercisers.

Mondays 8:00 – 8:45am

Fitcamp*

This circuit style class will incorporate a variety of equipment on the fitness floor, including: free weights, Keiser machines, BOSU balance trainers and more!

Tuesdays 5:30 – 6:30pm

Functional Conditioning

This multimodality class utilizes TRX, kettlebells, various strength equipment and cardio drills. A challenging class guaranteed to keep you moving.

Thursdays 5:15 – 6:00pm

Step Aerobics

A great low-impact cardio workout for beginner and intermediate exercisers; offering fun choreography that is sure to keep you moving!

TRX Body Blast*

Engage all of your muscles with this non-stop workout that builds strength, balance, and flexibility. *TRX Fundamentals required.

ZUMBA®

Zumba is a Latin inspired dance-fitness program that blends international music and contagious steps to form a “fitness party” that is downright addictive!

ZUMBA Gold®

Easy to follow choreography focusing on balance, range of motion and coordination.

Sundays 2:30 – 3:20pm
