Cardio Intervals

Designed to get your heart rate up, this interval style class is an energetic and easy to follow blend of various cardio techniques including hi-lo aerobics, kickboxing, and other body weight exercises.

Functional Conditioning

This fast paced class will use primarily your own body weight to improve cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength.

Tuesdays 5:05 – 5:50pm, Outdoors*


Zumba is a Latin inspired dance-fitness program that blends international music and contagious steps to form a “fitness party” that is downright addictive!

Tuesdays 9:30 – 10:20am, Virtual


Easy to follow choreography focusing on balance, range of motion and coordination.

Thursdays 8:00-8:50am, Outdoors*

*This class requires registration through the Online Member Portal or Member Services. Registration opens 7 days  in advance at 9:00pm. When the facility is closed, phone messages should be left on the DCFL voicemail and are taken on a first come, first served basis.

To access all virtual Zoom group exercise classes, a one-time registration is required through the Online Member Portal or Member Services. Once registered, the Zoom meeting ID and password will be sent to your email.
