Stretch and Release Group Exercise
Yoga I and II
Learn beginner to intermediate poses and breathing techniques while focusing on strength, flexibility & balance. Alignment based approach is offered with modifications and props as needed to realize the full benefit of each pose. A basic knowledge of yoga is helpful but not required.
Fridays 4:00 – 5:00pm, Virtual

Full Body Stretch
This relaxing class teaches a variety of stretches to help improve overall flexibility, mobility and posture, making many daily tasks easier and safer.
Tuesdays 8:00 – 8:30am, Indoor*
*This class requires registration through the Online Member Portal or Member Services. Registration opens 7 days in advance at 6:00am. When the facility is closed, phone messages should be left on the DCFL voicemail and are taken on a first come, first served basis.
To access all virtual Zoom group exercise classes, a one-time registration is required through the Online Member Portal or Member Services. Once registered, the Zoom meeting ID and password will be sent to your email.
