This ballet inspired class provides a total body workout by blending body weight strength training and muscle conditioning. Strong emphasis on lower body, core strengthening and balance work.
This class uses easy to follow moves, focusing on balance, strength and coordination. While the
entire class may be done from a chair, some standing options are given.
Music guides participants through a series of drills including flat roads, hills, and sprints. This class can be challenging, but allows everyone to work at their own pace.
