This specialty yoga class is designed to educate you on how to acknowledge and appropriately address your stress. Attend for education, as well as soothing exercise to help restore your central nervous system. Space is limitedregistration is required.

Let’s take it back and have a dance party! Learn how to Stroll, Jive, Jitterbug, Mashed Potato, Hand Jive, Cha Cha, Twist, and more. Come dance solo or bring a partner! Space is limited- registration is required.

Nia is a dynamic non-impact cardiovascular workout that blends dance, martial arts, yoga and healing arts to allow your child, athlete, warrior and dancer within to expressively emerge.

This 8 week program is designed to improve static posture as well as movement patterns. Correction begins with understanding how the body is structured, and applying the knowledge through corrective exercise and stretching. Registration is required. Space is limited.
When: Saturday, September 16th
Improve balance and memory with this fun beginner ballet class led by Ally Setliff. You will learn basic ballet exercises at the barre, simple patterns to exercise the brain, and finish with some balance and flexibility. *This class will be held in the Group Exercise Studio. Space is limited- registration is required.
TRX for Beginners
When: Tuesdays in September 12:15-1:00pm
4 week program
Cost: $24 (members) $56 (non-members)
Progress at a slower rate to become more familiar and confident in using the TRX. Develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability using only your bodyweight. Please Register at Member Services. *8 Participant Maximum. *TRX Fundamentals Required.
Yoga for Balance

Wednesdays, 1:00pm- 2:00pm

Join Emily Silverman for a yoga practice to strengthen the core, legs, ankles and feet, and build a confident, strong and stable base. Props and chairs will be offered as options so as to accommodate all ability levels.
