Mondays and Wednesdays 9:05 – 9:50am*
Designed for the veteran aquatic exerciser, this demanding class uses the water to give your muscles and lungs a tough workout.
Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays 10:00 – 10:45am*
Improve joint range of motion, flexibility, muscular strength, and balance while getting the therapeutic benefits of working in the water.
Tuesdays and Thursdays 10:30-11:15am*
*This class requires registration through the Online Member Portal or Member Services. Registration opens 7 days in advance at midnight. When the facility is closed, phone messages should be left on the DCFL voicemail and are taken on a first come, first served basis.
