This one-on-one training incorporates goal setting and health education into challenging workouts that are specially designed to meet your individual needs. Our Personal Trainers are committed to providing you with the highest level of service possible. We make it our priority to work with you in reaching your health and fitness goals. Each of our Personal Trainers hold a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and other health related fields along with national certifications.

Working With a Personal Trainer

Both members and non-members can benefit from working with a personal trainer:

  • Management of chronic health conditions such as arthritis, diabetes, osteoporosis, hypertension, obesity, heart disease, asthma and pulmonary conditions
  • Management of chronic pain
  • Motivation, adherence and goal setting
  • Increased efficiency and efficacy of workouts
  • Learning proper form and technique
  • Following physician prescribed exercise
  • Continuing Physical Therapy program
