Strength Group Exercise
This fast paced class will use primarily your own body weight to improve cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength.
Tuesdays 4:30 – 5:15pm, Outdoor*
This group class uses easy to follow moves, focusing on balance, strength and coordination. While the entire class may be done from a chair, some standing options are given. Great for beginners and those with physical limitations.

Express Strong & Limber
Perform strength and flexibility exercises for all major muscle groups using weights, exercise bands, bars and more. This express version allows you to maximize your time and safely exercise in the studio.

*This class requires registration through the Online Member Portal or Member Services. Registration opens 7 days in advance at 6:00am. When the facility is closed, phone messages should be left on the DCFL voicemail and are taken on a first come, first served basis.
To access all virtual Zoom group exercise classes, a one-time registration is required through the Online Member Portal or Member Services. Once registered, the Zoom meeting ID and password will be sent to your email.
