Strength Group Exercise
This ballet inspired class provides a total body workout by blending body weight strength training and muscle conditioning. Strong emphasis on lower body, core strengthening and balance work.
Wednesdays 11:15am – 12:00pm
This 15 minute class works to strengthen and firm your abdominal region and lower back, improve balance and stability.
Mondays 5:30 – 5:45pm

This multimodality class utilizes TRX, kettlebells, various strength equipment and cardio drills. A challenging class guaranteed to keep you moving.
Thursdays 5:15 – 6:00pm
This group class uses easy to follow moves, focusing on balance, strength and coordination. While the entire class may be done from a chair, some standing options are given. Great for beginners and those with physical limitations.

Strong & Limber
Perform strength and flexibility exercises for all major muscle groups using weights, exercise bands, bars and more.

Total Body Strength
A non-aerobic strength training workout utilizing hand weights, body bars, resistance tubing, and body weight resistance to increase lean muscle tissue, strength, and metabolism from head to toe.

TRX Body Blast*
Engage all of your muscles with this non-stop workout that builds strength, balance, and flexibility. *TRX Fundamentals required.
A fitness based style of yoga that emphasizes full body strength flexibility using basic, intermediate, and advanced postures. *Yoga experience recommended
