Cycling Group Exercise
Participants are led through a series of flat roads, hills and sprints. With motivating music, this class can be challenging, but allows everyone to work at their own pace.
Mondays 9:00 – 9:50am and 6:30-7:15pm
Wednesdays 9:00 – 9:50am and 6:30-7:15pm
Fridays 9:00 – 9:50am
This class requires you to sign up. This may be done no sooner than 24 hours in advance at the Member Services desk or by calling 919- 545-2133. When the facility is closed, phone messages should be left on the DCFL voicemail and are taken on a first come, first served basis.
