Learn proper alignment, beginning yoga poses and breathing techniques. Great for beginners!

Wednesdays 10:00-11:00am, Indoor*

Yoga I and II

Learn beginner to intermediate poses and breathing techniques while focusing on strength, flexibility & balance. Alignment based approach is offered with modifications and props as needed to realize the full benefit of each pose. A basic knowledge of yoga is helpful but not required.

Fridays 9:45-10:45am, Indoor*

Yoga Flow

Beginner to intermediate poses and breathing techniques are used to flow from one move to the other at a comfortable pace while focusing on strength, flexibility, and balance.. A basic knowledge of yoga is helpful but not required.

Mondays 11:00 – 11:45pm, Indoor*

Saturday Yoga

Each month will feature a different mind body style class on Saturday. CLICK HERE to see this month’s class.

Saturdays 9:00 – 10:15am, Indoor*

To access all virtual Zoom group exercise classes, a one-time registration is required through the Online Member Portal or Member Services. Once registered, the Zoom meeting ID and password will be sent to your email prior to the beginning of each month.
