Learn proper alignment, beginning yoga poses and breathing techniques. Great for beginners!

Yoga I and II

Learn beginner to intermediate poses and breathing techniques while focusing on strength, flexibility & balance. Alignment based approach is offered with modifications and props as needed to realize the full benefit of each pose. A basic knowledge of yoga is helpful but not required.

Fridays 9:45-10:45am, Indoor*

Yoga Flow

Beginner to intermediate poses and breathing techniques are used to flow from one move to the other at a comfortable pace while focusing on strength, flexibility, and balance.. A basic knowledge of yoga is helpful but not required.

Mondays 11:00 – 11:45pm, Virtual

To access all virtual Zoom group exercise classes, a one-time registration is required through the Online Member Portal or Member Services. Once registered, the Zoom meeting ID and password will be sent to your email.
